Membership of the Telematics
Cooperative is voluntary.
Any public, semi-public or Private
Postal Operator whose country
is a member of the UPU and whose
national legislation enables
it to execute the Acts of the
UPU, can become a member. Countries
wishing to join can contact
info.ptc@upu.int…
for more information.
Membership has grown over the
past few years and, as of march
2011 the Telematics Cooperative
had a total of 135 member countries.
